The Brick Machine is suitable for making the clay brick abode for house. The materials can be clay, black land, mixing clay. It includes Mixer/Mud pie maker, Mud pie cutter and Mud adobe slicer machine. It can be installed on the false work (wooden/Channel Railing-No Foundation required), also can be installed on the concrete foundation. The size of area is 1200*800*12000mm. Its weight is 508kg and capacity is 1500 -2000 Bricks/hrs.The brick size is our national standard size 240*115*53mm (of course we can make the brick mould according to your demand). It can be matched with 15 HP Electric Motor or 25 HP Diesel Engine. The water added to is 20% and the shaft speed is 65 RPM.
15 LABOUR REQUIRED FOR OPERATING THE CLAY BRICK MACHINE
3 Labour - For Clay Feeding into Machine Hopper.
1 - Labour - For Mould releasing on platform or on racks.
2- Labour – For Bricks Pushing in Slicer for Cutting into Brick Size.
6 - labours –For Shifting the Fresh Bricks for Drying etc.
2 – labour – For Putting the dry clay immiedietly after the bricks are
sliced from the cutter to avoid the Brick getting loose.
1- Supervisor - For Controlling water level and labours etc.
